I'd rather be someone cool and badass, but this is ok, i guess.

Ok so this was weird. All of the following happened to me last night. I'm not sure how much sense this will make, and it might not sound believable. Anyways: So i was at Eau Claire market last night, just wandering around, staring at stuff.. As i was going up the escalator, the guy going down the escalator beside me sort of happened to look at me for a sec. I looked at him, and thought, gee that guy looks an awful lot like Mike Commodore (Big defenseman for the Flames, for those of you outside the loop). I sort of stared back at him as he went past me, and thought, wow, that really does look like Mikey. Gee, it might be him. So then, a little while later, i decided I wanted to go watch a movie at Eau claire, and since their debit machines weren't working, i had to go find an atm. I was trying to find one for my own bank, so i had to leave the mall and wander around a little bit. I was walking down the street, and sort of walked past another guy, who i swear looked exactly like Tim Hunter (Big nasty ugly monster who used to play for the Vancouver Canucks, and one of my favourite canucks of all time). For those of you who know what he looks like, you know Timmy's pretty hard to miss. you could take half the Flames' roster, put them together, and they wouldn't be half as recognizable as Tim Hunter is. Of course, i didn't have any paper on me either of these times, so i couldn't get an autograph. anyways, whatever. I was walking around trying to find an atm, and walked past the French maid downtown. There was this lady sitting on a bench outside F.M., whom i assume was uh, shall we say, working. Anyways she waves me over and starts talking to me like we're old buddies. Asked me why i haven't phoned her back, what am i doing, stuff like that. Then she says she wants to go do something with me, cuz it's been so long. i tell her i think she's got me mistaken for someone else. Gotta say, that's a different approach than i've ever had from a working girl before. So enough of that. I headed back to Eau Claire to go see a movie.. Ended up going to see Kill Bill vol. 2. I thought it was pretty good. If you liked the first one, you should like this one too.. As i was walking through the mall, i happened to walk past who i think was Ville Nieminen (left winger for the flames). I'm not 100% sure about it, though. But i know i saw his picture in the paper just a little while ago. he was on the front page of the herald the day after the Metallica concert, and they showed him there. So whatever. I'm a Canucks fan anyways, so i don't care so much about the Flames. But i've always liked Goalies, on pretty much any team. That was neat, cuz just a minute later, i saw Miikka Kiprusoff walk into the theatre ahead of me (Redhot goalie for the flames, huge reason they're doing so well in the playoffs). Lucky for me, i had a movie ticket, but the movie was just starting when i got in there, so i had to wait til the movie was over to go chase after him, wrestle him to the ground and make him beg for mercy before i got his autograph. So, i realize there isn't a whole lot weird about seeing a few Flames players downtown, but seeing all of them together like 5 minutes apart from Seeing Tim Hunter just a couple blocks away, that was just odd. I'm sure there's a reason for all this, i just don't know what.
